She pours her heart into crafting tactics that play to every rider’s strengths, knowing her athletes so well she could probably write their power curves from memory.
When she’s racing, elaine loves the thrill of being the carrot on short, steep climbs, but her true priority is simple: crossing the finish line with her team, no matter what it takes.

She’s a cycling powerhouse who rides fierce and focused, but never without that trademark smile and warm, ride-or-die spirit.
A shining example of kicking butt with a good attitude, Maria reminds us that the strongest riders bring both grit and joy to every single ride.

Wendy’s pure badass on two wheels and a legend in lycra.
Goin’ strong at UCI age 82, she’s fierce as a tiger, tough as nails, and collecting National Champion jerseys like it’s just another day at the office.
Pedaling past limits one championship at a time, Wendy proves that inspiration only gets stronger with every lap around the sun.

A 2024 addition to Team OWL, Belinda is an absolute dynamo on the bike and our resident pocket rocket.
She scorches the flats and conquers the climbs like a caffeinated cheetah on the hunt, proof that big watts come in a small, explosive package.
