Team OWL is a women's team
To compete on our Grandmasters TTT team, you must be a woman.
UCI age 60 or older
Grandmasters Racing
To compete on our Grandmasters TTT team, you have to be 60 or older by December 31st of the current year.
At least CAT C
You're women's CAT C or higher on ZwiftPower
In the women's category on ZwiftPower, you're CAT C or higher. Exceptions may be made based on your w/kg.

Equipment requirements
Honest Racing
Team OWL is proud to follow ZADA guidelines for fair racing.
Because of this, we require that teammates have trainers with +/- 1-2% accuracy such as the Zwift Ride, Tacx Neo, or Wahoo Kickr.
You are also required to have a reputable Heart Rate Monitor (HRM) like the Garmin Pro or the Wahoo Tickr.

What's Next?
Wait for the reply! If you have been approved to try-out for Team OWL, you will be added to our OWL-in-training (OWLit) program where you will learn techniques we use to race as Wise OWLs.
Final Steps
Graduation
Once you've graduated from our OWLit program, there are 3 final steps you will be required to complete.
- Team commitment! Team OWL must be your only team on ZwiftPower.
- Legends & Lava evaluation. You will be provided with detailed instructions on how to complete this evaluation.
- ZADA height and weight video. You will be provided with the formal steps for this making your video.
…then, you will be part of our Grandmasters team: Team OWL!
