Measuring Tips:
- grab a tape measure and measure around your chest
- do the same at the narrowest part of your waist
- use those measurements to select the size that fits best!
- rarely will your chest and waist size fit nicely into one size
- select which fit is more important to you, chest or waist
- remember, if you want a looser-than-skin-tight fit - size up!
Note: these measurements are based on your body measurements and will not be the jersey measurements. Our pro jersey, which fits a bit tighter – uses the exact same numbers. If you have questions, feel free to send us a message in the chat bot and we'll setup a time to walk you through it! Or better yet, join in one of our Saturday Trivia rides on Zwift when we're doing one of our special fitting rides!
How to get the best fit: T-shirts
- Grab your favorite t-shirt and lay it flat on your bed.
- Use the B, C, and S measurement indicators on the size chart…and measure away!
- Use those measurements to select the size that fits best!
If you follow our wash guidelines, there is very little shrinkage.

Washing & Care
To extend product lifetime and maximize its quality and performance, we recommend following our wash and care instructions. While your product will not endure forever, we recommend protecting your investment and giving it the attention it deserves.
100% Supima Cotton Shirts
- Wash with like colors
- Turn inside out to wash
- Machine wash cold
- Hang dry
*Please allow for 5% shrinkage on first wash.
Getting your jersey ready for the wash
Even before you put your jersey in the washer, there are things you can do to make the cleaning more effective.
- Turn your jersey inside out.
- Make sure to zip zippers and close hook-and-loop fasteners before washing.
Wash cycling clothing separately
Wash your cycling gear separate from your regular laundry. They’re “delicate” and should be treated as such.
Make sure to use the delicate cycle on your washing machine.
Check your pockets!
Washing your gear right away
Washing your gear right away means you won’t allow odor-causing bacteria to build up, embedding deeply into the synthetic material where it may never actually get out again.
If for some reason you can't get your kit in the wash right away, at least hang it up to dry and wash it as soon as you can.
Don't rewear your cycling clothes
We've all been guilty of this one, at least once, but re-wearing your kit, even after a short ride is never a good idea.
Odor is caused by bacteria, which is still going to be present, even if the perspiration you put out was mostly evaporated as you rode.
When you re-wear your gear, you are allowing odors to settle and thoroughly embed into the material, which means the next time around you might be…well…unpleasant to be around.
Even more concerning is that wearing the same pair of shorts a couple of days in a row means the chamois will be more prone to causing rashes and chafing thanks to the bacteria built up there.
Detergents free from dyes, perfumes and softeners
Stick with gentle detergents since most of those developed with ‘sports’ in mind are meant to handle ground-in dirt and grass stains (baseball or football) and are too harsh for cycling apparel.
Stay away from detergents with dyes, perfumes and softeners. Residue from these types of detergents prevent high-performance fabrics, meant to channel moisture away from your skin, from doing their job.
Wash on the cold cycle
We’ve all succumbed to the notion that the hotter the water, the better, especially when attempting to achieve better hygiene.
The fact is, this is not the case with cycling or hi-tech athletic apparel. It can actually do just the opposite and drastically alter and compromise the lifetime of the apparel.
Washing cycling gear at 100° F, a moderate temperature more than sufficient to ensure the non proliferation of bacteria.
If you use gentle bleach-free detergents, you can kill bacteria at even lower temperatures.
Washing at a moderate or even cold temperatures prevents damage to the fabrics and foams which have treated with bacteriostatic properties, to help maintain the physiological bacterial colonies resident on the skin. It’s these colonies that are extremely important for the normal skin function.
So, when it comes to cycling apparel, high temperature washing does not add benefit.
Don't use the dryer
Hang your cycling clothes or technical apparel to air dry.
Many types of cycling-specific fabrics, from wool to synthetics, will not do well in the dryer.
Even low temperatures in the dryer may break down the integrity of the garment and its technical components over time..
Read the care labels
Follow these guidelines and you should be able to get lots of miles and continued high-performance from your technical cycling apparel for years to come.
And, of course, these are general care statements, so make sure to check individual tags on your garments as some technical products/fabrics may have some different care guidelines for reasons specific to that item.

Upon any termination, discontinuation or cancellation of Services or your Account, the following sections will survive: User Content, Payments, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranty, Limitation of Liability, Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and General Terms.
Dispute Resolution
Our goal is to provide you with great service, so we’ll try our best to resolve any disagreements that you have with us. If we can’t, then you and we both agree to resolve disputes related to your use of the Services or these Terms (each, a “Claim”) in binding arbitration instead of court, except that (a) a Claim may be brought in small claims court if it qualifies for it and (b) either party may bring suit in court to enjoin the infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.
What is arbitration?
Arbitration does not involve a judge or jury. Instead, a neutral person (the “arbitrator”) hears each party’s side of the dispute, and makes a decision that is finally binding on both parties. The arbitrator can award the same relief as a court could award, including monetary damages. While court review of an arbitration award is limited, if a party fails to comply with the arbitrator’s decision, then the other party can have the arbitration decision enforced by a court. If for any reason a Claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you and we each waive any right to a jury trial.
Can a Claim be part of a class action or similar proceeding?
No. You agree to resolve your Claim with us solely on an individual basis, and not as part of a class, representative or consolidated action. We agree to do the same.
What rules apply in the arbitration?
The arbitration will be conducted under the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) Consumer Arbitration Rules (the “AAA Rules”). The AAA Rules are available at www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879.
How will the arbitration be conducted? How much does it cost?
The arbitration will be conducted by the AAA or a comparable arbitration body in the event the AAA is unable to conduct the arbitration. Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA Rules. Unless the arbitrator finds your Claim frivolous, we’ll pay for all filing, administration and arbitrator fees if your Claim is for less than $1,000, and we won’t seek our attorneys’ fees and costs if we prevail in the arbitration.
The arbitration may be conducted in writing, remotely (e.g., by videoconference) or in-person in the county where you live (or at some other location that we both agree to).
How do I start an arbitration proceeding?
To begin an arbitration proceeding against us, send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your Claim to ekib.lwoobfsctd-1f57e9@lagel.
If we request arbitration against you, we will give you notice at the email address or street address you provided.
Instructions for Opting-Out of Arbitration
If you don’t want to agree to arbitrate your Claim as explained above, then you can opt-out of this arbitration agreement by notifying us of your decision in writing at ekib.lwoobfsctd-906717@lwo. You must opt-out within 30 days of the date you first agree to these Terms or any updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between OWL.BiKe and you regarding the Services and Content, and these Terms supersede and replace any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between OWL.BiKe and you regarding the Services and Content.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable (either by an arbitrator appointed pursuant to the terms of the “Dispute Resolution” section above or by court of competent jurisdiction, but only if you timely opt out of arbitration by sending us an opt-out email in accordance with the terms set forth above), that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the other provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without OWL.BiKe's prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms, without such consent, will be null. OWL.BiKe may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
Subject to the foregoing, these Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and permitted assigns.
Notices
Any notices or other communications provided by OWL.BiKe under these Terms, including those regarding modifications to these Terms, will be given: (i) via email; or (ii) by posting to the Services. For notices made by email, the date of receipt will be deemed the date on which such notice is transmitted.
Waiver of Rights
OWL.BiKe's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of OWL.BiKe.
Except as expressly set forth in these Terms, the exercise by either party of any of its remedies under these Terms will be without prejudice to its other remedies under these Terms or otherwise.

You understand and agree that the foregoing options are the only reasonable methods of opting out. You also understand and agree that any other method of opting out, including, but not limited to, texting words other than those set forth above or verbally requesting one of our employees to remove you from our list, is not a reasonable means of opting out.
Duty to Notify and Indemnify
If at any time you intend to stop using the mobile telephone number that has been used to subscribe to the Program, including canceling your service plan or selling or transferring the phone number to another party, you agree that you will complete the User Opt Out process set forth above prior to ending your use of the mobile telephone number.
You understand and agree that your agreement to do so is a material part of these terms and conditions.
You further agree that, if you discontinue the use of your mobile telephone number without notifying Us of such change, you agree that you will be responsible for all costs (including attorneys’ fees) and liabilities incurred by Us, or any party that assists in the delivery of the mobile messages, as a result of claims brought by individual(s) who are later assigned that mobile telephone number.
This duty and agreement shall survive any cancellation or termination of your agreement to participate in any of our Programs.
YOU AGREE THAT YOU SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD US HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM OR LIABILITY RESULTING FROM YOUR FAILURE TO NOTIFY US OF A CHANGE IN THE INFORMATION YOU HAVE PROVIDED, INCLUDING ANY CLAIM OR LIABILITY UNDER THE TELEPHONE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 47 U.S.C. § 227, et seq., OR SIMILAR STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS, AND ANY REGULATIONS PROMULGATED THEREUNDER RESULTING FROM US ATTEMPTING TO CONTACT YOU AT THE MOBILE TELEPHONE NUMBER YOU PROVIDED.
