In a world dominated by youth, a remarkable group of women cyclists aged 55 and above – Older Women in Lycra “OWLs” – defy societal norms.

We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive community that fosters confidence, health, and camaraderie through the shared experience of cycling. By providing tailored resources, engaging events, and skill-building opportunities, we break down barriers while teaching women to challenge their limits and perceived abilities.

We celebrate the strength and resilience of older women cyclists, encouraging each other to explore new horizons and achieve personal goals while enjoying the freedom of the ride.

Together, we strive to dismantle societal barriers, defy societal norms, shatter preconceived notions and inspire a movement that honors the wisdom and strength of older women, fostering a brighter future for generations to come.

Be SEEN!

At OWL.BiKe, we are dedicated to uplifting and empowering women aged 55+ by providing them with the skills and confidence to embrace their visibility in all aspects of life.

Through our innovative Be SEEN program, the process of reclaiming visibility is a transformative journey that empowers and inspires—with the added benefit of improving fitness!

Embracing innovative teaching techniques—whether through group rides, workshops, or the experience of racing TTT together on Zwift—we teach women to challenge their limits and perceived abilities, enhance personal confidence and foster connections with others.

We believe that every woman deserves to be seen, heard, and celebrated for her unique self.
